BB Member Jamisen Winters – Jamisen is a lengthy two-way combo guard. He earned the starting point-guard position on Carrollton’s Junior High School basketball team as a 7th grader. While making improvements physically as well as mentally throughout the season, Winters was able to exhibit his leadership qualities as he led his team to a 2nd place finish this season. Winters definitely puts the student in student-athlete. With earning the highest grade point average on the team, Winters was awarded the Academic Award. Working to improve his skill set during the off-season he is currently playing top-tier AAU basketball with the Atlanta Select 8th grade team.
Sims says, “Jamisen is a pleasure to train because he has a high basketball IQ… he is a young student of the game”. Winters is a young man of high character, he represents the Basketball Brotherhood well!
